TREVOR PROJECT

The Trevor Project’s mission is to end suicide among LGBTQ young people. They provide a 24/7 crisis hotline for LGBTQ youth and articles to learn more about mental health, gender identity, and suicide.

love is respect is the national resource to disrupt and prevent unhealthy relationships and intimate partner violence by empowering young people through inclusive and equitable education, support, and resources.

CALMHARM APP

The urge to self-harm is like a wave. It feels the most powerful when you start wanting to do it. Learn to ride the wave with the free Calm Harm app by choosing activities from these categories: Comfort, Distract, Express Yourself, Release, and Random.

CLEARFEAR APP

The fear of threat, or anxiety, is like a strong gust of wind. It drags you in and makes you want to fight it or run away. Instead, face your fear and learn to reduce the physical responses to threats as well as change thoughts and behaviors and release emotions.

988 CRISIS LINE

When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

QUITSTART APP

The quitSTART app is a free smartphone app that helps you quit smoking with tailored tips, inspiration, and challenges.

TN QUITLINE

The Tennessee Tobacco QuitLine provides a free telephone and online tobacco cessation program that includes tobacco cessation coaching, personalized support, and even free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) for eligible participants.

TN REDLINE

The Tennessee REDLINE is the 24/7/365 resource for substance abuse treatment referrals. Anyone can call or text 800-889-9789 for confidential referrals.

BREATHWRK APP

Breathwrk is a simple yet powerful way to alleviate stress and anxiety, fall asleep faster, energize yourself, or improve endurance.

NEDA

Contact the NEDA Helpline (800-931-2237) for support, resources, and treatment options for yourself or a loved one who is struggling with an eating disorder. Helpline volunteers are trained to help you find the support and information you need. If you are in a crisis and need help immediately, text “NEDA” to 741741.
