CLEARFEAR APP

The fear of threat, or anxiety, is like a strong gust of wind. It drags you in and makes you want to fight it or run away. Instead, face your fear and learn to reduce the physical responses to threats as well as change thoughts and behaviors and release emotions.

988 CRISIS LINE

When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

QUITSTART APP

The quitSTART app is a free smartphone app that helps you quit smoking with tailored tips, inspiration, and challenges.

TN QUITLINE

The Tennessee Tobacco QuitLine provides a free telephone and online tobacco cessation program that includes tobacco cessation coaching, personalized support, and even free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) for eligible participants.

NAMI

NAMI, National Alliance on Mental Illness, provides advocacy, education, support, and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.

TN REDLINE

The Tennessee REDLINE is the 24/7/365 resource for substance abuse treatment referrals. Anyone can call or text 800-889-9789 for confidential referrals.

BREATHWRK APP

Breathwrk is a simple yet powerful way to alleviate stress and anxiety, fall asleep faster, energize yourself, or improve endurance.

NEDA

Contact the NEDA Helpline (800-931-2237) for support, resources, and treatment options for yourself or a loved one who is struggling with an eating disorder. Helpline volunteers are trained to help you find the support and information you need. If you are in a crisis and need help immediately, text “NEDA” to 741741.
